Tuition, Fees and Billing

2023-24 Annual Tuition

Tuition is payable in 10 equal monthly payments. Monthly rate in parentheses below. 

Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Note: IMMAC Kindergarten students from 2023-2024 who register for Grade 1 will continue to retain the $1,500 tuition discount for Grade 1 only: 

 Catholic $5,300 and Non-Catholic $6,000.

Academy Discounts

• Catholic Rate: The student must be a baptized Catholic and Parents must be a registered parishioner and regular contributors to their Catholic parish.  A copy of the student’s Baptismal Certificate must be on file.  
• Tuition Paid in Full: If you pay tuition in full before September 1, 2024, the tuition is discounted by $250.
• Student Referrals: If you refer a new family to register a student(s) in Grades K-8 and the student(s) attends Immac and completes the academic year because of your recommendation, you will receive a $500 credit (per student) toward your tuition at the end of the year.

Academy Fee

In addition to the tuition, the Academy will collect an Academy Fee per student for a variety of expenses directly related to each student.  (books, technology upkeep, testing programs)

Fundraising Fee

Fundraising is a key revenue component of the Academy budget. The fundraising fee supplements tuition and contributes to the operating expenses of the Academy. 

The fundraising fee does not include participation in the fundraising events. 

Participation in fundraising events, with family and friends, although optional, further supports the Academy’s programs.

Billing

All Parents will be billed for tuition through FACTS Management Company (“FACTS”) in 10 equal payments:

• First payment is due in July 2024 and every month thereafter until April 2025
• You may choose either the 10^th or 20^th of each month to make your payment
• You may choose from 3 options to make tuition payments:
  1. Automatic payment from your bank account,
  2. Automatic payment on a credit card of your choice, or
  3. Mail a check to FACTS each month
• Tuition checks brought to the Academy will be subject to a $25 processing charge because the Academy is no longer set up to collect tuition payments.

Other items billed through FACTS:

• The Registration Fee will be billed through FACTS at the time of registration.
• The Academy Fee will be billed through FACTS in September 2024.
• The Fundraising Fee will be billed through FACTS in October 2024.

Financial Aid Recipients: You are required to make full monthly tuition payments until the Diocese finalizes your aid amount and notifies the Academy.  After the Diocese finalizes your aid, the Academy will apply your scholarship in FACTS and then recalculate the remaining tuition payments due.
