TUITION ASSISTANCE INFORMATION
Tuition Help from the Diocese:
- The Tuition Assistance website opens on Monday, January 15, 2024.

You can begin your application right away, but you must submit the required documents (such as your 2023 federal tax return) before your application will be considered.
Application Deadline: March 31, 2024: Families who received an award in 2023-2024
April 30, 2024: Families who did NOT receive an award in 2023-2024
Scholarship awards are assessed on a needs basis, considering household size and total annual income. Families are required to pay a minimum of 25% of the tuition rate and must be up-to-date with their tuition. Income will be verified to determine eligibility and the family’s ability to contribute toward the tuition.

Tuition Help From IMMAC Benefactors:
In addition to Diocesan help with tuition, IMMAC has a tuition assistance fund that can supplement the Diocesan award or be a stand-alone Award. The Immaculate Mary Stewardship Fund is available when the Diocesan award is insufficient for a family’s needs.
Tuition should NOT be a barrier to educating any child at IMMAC.
Only completed financial aid applications will be considered for Tuition Assistance. If you cannot complete the enrollment process, you may be eligible for an Immaculate Mary Award. See Additional Financial Aid Opportunity below.

When is the Deadline?
March 31, 2024: Families who receive an award in the 2024-2025 academic year.
April 30, 2024: New families and Families who did not receive an award this academic year.
Note: There is a non-refundable $40 application processing fee payable by credit card.

Additional Financial Aid Opportunity
The Immaculate Mary Awards support the education of young children whose families desire an education at Immaculate Conception Catholic Academy but are not able to afford the full tuition.
