Physical Education is vital to a child’s overall health and is essential to a school’s curriculum. Even though COVID-19 has significantly impacted all of us in some way, this pandemic does not change the goal of physical education: participate in engaging activities that will develop motor skills, improve academic performance, teamwork skills, health, etc. Also, physical education plays a critical role in helping students develop and maintain active lifestyles.
