The Extended Day Program begins Monday, September 21, 2020

  • All safety, health, and social distancing rules and sanitization protocols adhered to during regular classroom hours will also be followed in the Extended Day Program. All students and teachers must wear a mask.
  • The hours are from dismissal until 5:45 p.m. every school day. On early dismissal days, your child will go directly to The Extended Day Program until 5:45 p.m.
  • The registration/supply fee must accompany the Registration Form for the Extended Day Program and return in an envelope marked Extended Day Program. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • The children will have a snack, do homework, play games, and participate in various other enrichment activities.
  • All children including PRE-K attending The Extended Day Program will need to bring a snack, drink, and reusable water of their own. Snack will NOT be provided. On Early Dismissal days please send in lunch.
  • NURSERY, PRE-K, and KINDERGARTEN Parents, please send a set of clothes labeled with your child’s name in a bag to The Extended Day Program.
  • The homework period will be supervised. Children will be encouraged to complete their assignments. Parents are responsible for checking homework and preparing for exams.
  • Pick up your children by 5:45 p.m. The pick-up location is at the Nazareth Center Door across from the church. Due to safety and health protocols, we must adhere to parents will not be permitted inside the school building. Please ring the bell and someone will bring your child to you. At this point, you will sign out your child.
  • Late pick up fee: $20.00 per child after 6:00 p.m. After three (3) late pick-ups, the student will be dismissed from the program.
  • Children who have behavioral problems will be dismissed from the program after two (2) warnings to the family.
  • The school office closes at 4:00 p.m. Do not leave messages on the school’s answering machine. To contact The Extended Day Program call (347) 728-0201.
  • If you need to change from the Weekly to the Daily plan, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
  • No Cell Phones, IPads, Tablets, Gameboys, etc. If your child comes to school with a cell phone they must keep it in their bag during The Extended Day Program. ​If you need to speak to your child while they are with us, please call The Extended Day Program phone, and we will put you in touch with them.
  • Students may bring a quiet game or reading material.
  • Please label all of your child’s belongings with his/her name. ICCA is not responsible for any lost items.
